New little version with only bug correction

I repeat the history file but here it is :
V 0.4d : Major Bugs correction !

• The mysterious Back key : I has forgotten in the last version to update the button association. sorry for that the back space key was forgotten. But I did add a line about that in the doc !!!!! with a red new. a proof that users doesn't read the doc. Do I read documentation of others ? No, I try first too
• The random crash when 2 mfd was opened and closed again.... Quite difficult this one. Not to see what happened but the way to correct it was not direct. I needed to change the way data are saved and shared. the good news is that any vessel in the simulation save their mfd states. not only the current one. I added a scenario to the demonstration. it's a cool new feature.
• The Key repeat bug : when hitting quickly several time the same button one key was added. Just a little logic trouble.
• Font size correction.
  

That not much... but enough for the week and worst a new release.

The documentation has been updated too.
