Hardware OpenOrbiter D3D9 not seeing 3D accelerator

I'm new here and I'm returning to Orbiter to retry Project NASSP after fidding with Reentry. After installing the D3D9 client and running Orbiter_NG (no Orbiter.exe was present), it defaulted to console mode. After trying to select D3D9, I am presented with this:



Attempting to select my iGPU (AMD Radeon Graphics) is impossible, as the dropdown menu shows no devices. In other words, I'm hosed. I am on Windows 11, and I have AMD's Virtual Super Resolution enabled.

Quickly found out I was a moron and tried installing the D3D9 client onto OpenOrbiter, and rightfully got burned.

Stupidity costs lives.
