Question please help..quick question about GPCMFD in Shuttle Fleet

Just installed Shuttle Fleet V4.8R2.
all seems to be well except GPCMFD...Its checked in the modules tab but when in the sim I hit Shift O to bring it up and nothing happens..ive read the manual 4 times, either im an idiot and missing something painfully obvious or this isnt working for some reason. Whats going on? I hit Shift O it should bring up Ops, Shift I should Be Item...im getting nothing.

Ok i got it figured out...dll was in the wrong directory somehow.
