Hello,
I use the T-flight-stick-X from Thrusmaster for different simulators (including orbiter).
Now, the slider has some sort of malfunction. The output value "wobbles" from 0 til 100 and is located only a short time in the actual Postion.
I once screwed on to see if the repair is as easy as with regular brushes (which I would have expected, because this is an obvious, simple and well-functioning system for rotary position sensors) and those I once already repaired by myself by bendoing the brushes to the sensor, wich worked and sloved a similar malfunction.
But in there there was a small black box, lloking similar to a servo wich seemed to be the rotation sensor for the slider. Can I somehow fix it by myself?
Thanks in advance!

(note: I wrote this German, and used google translator and than corrected most mistakes. there might be still some mistakes left, so if you speak som German this Version I posted in another Froum might be better to understand for you)
