Question Saturn Rings hi-res texture

Is there a higher-res texture for Saturn's rings to be found? I would try to make one myself, but I can't figure out what format the rings are in; none of my graphics programs reads .tex files.

The D3D9 client has 3 dds files named Saturn_ring_8192,4096,2048x1 and should look amazing with latest client. The .tex files are not used.
