If you want to use a red area on a percent scale, make it based on the input limit of the pressure regulator. And I would still prefer psi on the scale there to permit overpressure later without UI changes.

100% propellant load at reference temperature 293K would be equal to 4500 psi
5000 psi would be equal to 111% or a temperature of 325K (~50°C)

If there is a higher temperature limit, we would need a larger scale:
100°C ~ 373K => 5700 psi @ 100% propellant mass

But that exceeds the proof pressure of the pressure regulator valve, which is 5400 psi. (Burst pressure of the valve is 7800 psi, a lot of other things would have failed first by then).
The green range for the pressure would be 350 to 3600 psi.

OK. Maybe a gauge that reads 0-7500 psi? 100% would be 5000?

Do we allow for more than max? if so then the animation range 0-1 might need to be 1 = 7500.

But what value to use to make the animation move?
propellant mass?

Thats the GetTankPressure function above then. Yes, its essentially getPropellantMass for now, until temperature is a factor.

I think 5000 psi as maximum should already be enough range. It allows enough thermal expension, is below the proof pressure of regulator and tank and should still be able to indicate a failed overpressure vent valve.

Remember: The maximum allowed pressure of the tank has to be below the limits of the weakest component in the chain. We only know the pressure limits of tank and regulator right now, others could be lower, but never below the initial nitrogen charge pressure.

Yes, it makes absolutely sense in case of a leak or regulator failure. Also it could save lives, should the pressure sensor itself fail and leak nitrogen into the cabin (at low flow rates though)

Only air temperature and a vastly simplified radiation pressure. It would need to be calculated, we don't even get solar irradiation right now.

Also, the tanks are inside the spacecraft. A simple two-step Newtonian heat transfer (Spacecraft skin <-> internal structure <-> tank) would be good enough for simulating it, but thats some lot of mathematics to implement.

Maybe a small mark there. But the green range for the regulator is much lower and this should be the range where the pressure drop isn't that large during operation depending on the flow rate, and where the thrusters would operate most efficient.

BTW, does somebody know what unit SCCH is? Standard cubic centimeters per hour?

What's next? Arms work, Not really any UMMU for 2016. Right now the interior ir lit always. I might could make it not lit. Press a key and now the interior is lit?

The indicator lights red/green are always lite.

Aux light location?

SPS and Orbiter Reef. Technically it needs an adapter fitted on the dock of the Reef.

I know the MMU and SPS had the ability to remain in one place. No clue about that.
