Soyuz-TMA panel size?

I searched all over the web, but I couldn't find any info about the size of the .... intrument panel.
If somebody know the sizes (picture included) in centimeter or inch, than please let me know.

this lists a diagonal size for the display? Not sure about the source, but looks like a supplier of the display or something?
