Support STS-127 Final scenarios

Assuming a landing tomorrow, these will be the last scenarios for Expansion pack users for STS-127. Included are a real-time scenario for the remainder of the flight and landing scenarios for the two opportunities for 7/31/09, one on orbit 248 and the other for orbit 249, both for KSC15. Use AutoFCS to target the landings. Based upon the latest state vectors.
