New Release T-38 for Orbiter 2016

A 2016-ification of kev33's T-38 addon, which was for Orbiter 2006. Thank you to him, for allowing me to use his meshes and textures.

I've also added an altitude/bank/speed hold autopilot (key P to activate, and O to configure), which can be used for landing as a descent speed hold autopilot (key L, and comma and period to configure).
