I've been using orbiter with lots of addons for a while - though I don't consider myself an expert. If I'm beeing just stupid, pls tell me!
TransX just does not seem to work properly when setting up the journey:
Moon: Escape (already in orbit here)
Earth: Slingshot
Mars: Orbit injection
I tried all combinations of the following:
Stage 1 plan: Eject, Escape
Stage 2 plan: Eject, Escape, Slingshot
Stage 3 plan: SlingDirect, generic (?; only Maneuvermode possible)
The following happened:
- planned trajectory does not show up in the next stage as focus (Eject & Escape)
- planned trajectory is not even visible in the current stage (Eject at stage 1)
[tuning variables does just nothing visible]
Furthermore:
- 'Intercept with' does not seem to do anything. It would be great, if I could show a maneuver from a preceeding stage as the focus in the current one
- 'Scale view to' does not seem to work either
Is it me, doing completely wrong? If any(every)thing is unclear, please ask for screenshots, details, ... whatever you need!
