Problem TransX problem

There is a problem with TransX.Look at the screen shot,I try to make a plan to the moon,I press "+" button to change the prograde ,but the MFD show a wrong trajectory.I reinstall the game ,but the problem still can not solve.I don't know what's happening .Does anyone help me?

I have never touched TransX in my life, but maybe try to do that setup when you're in orbit?

Thanks very much! I forget doing that setup should in orbit.Now all were normal.
