Tutorial PDF/Video for SSU

Hello,

I just started learning SSU, and I used to play Shuttle Fleet v4.8 before switching to SSU. However, I cannot find any tutorial, I can find gameplay but it is hard for me to follow what they did; even if I do follow what the gameplay shows, the shuttle doesn't respond the same way it responds with the person who recorded the video. Also, if I go take a look at the NASA checklists, I don't understand anything that is written there. Is there another way that everyone learns SSU from, or do I have to read the manual or something?
