Does anyone know what the orbital parameters are for the ISS that make the upcoming Soyuz TMA-08M 6 hour rendezvous possible?

I can only find reliable PeA and ApA data up to 2009, and I would like to modify a scenario to be as accurate as possible, to try and duplicate the upcoming lauch.
