General Question Orbiter sound

Just curious, is there a way to turn off exterior sound and use interior only? I’m trying to kill the engine sound on SSV during launch but want all the cabin sounds inside.
Also, is there anything to add camera shake that will work with SSV? I tried the old cam shake module but it doesn’t work with orbiter 2016.

If you are using DanStephs OrbiterSound, run SoundConfig.exe and set the mp3 entry under Music to Never play mp3.

Yeah that kills the music but I still have the booster sounds at launch.
