The SolarSail vessel can be acquired through the "scene scenario" editor. If you save the scenario the following will be part of the "simulation scenario:"

The semi colon in red is a typo. It will prevent your scenario from being retrieved after it is saved. You may use notepad to open the file and delete the typo.
I have not yet found the source of the typo, only the symptom, however, my 7 hours of searching and find this much will take you only about a few minutes to track down and make a somewhat permenant fix.
