Problem TAS (and IAS) is non-zero few seconds when a vessel is stopped

I don't know why I haven't noticed this before, but I notice it right now both in Orbiter 2016 and OpenOrbiter with different vessel like DG and Shuttle-A. Just launch a scenario where a vessel is on the ground, then move a couple of meters and brake until you stop. The TAS (true airspeed) in the upper left corner of the glass cockpit remains ~6 m/s after a few seconds after stopping and then becames zero. The Surface MFD shows the same behavior not only for TAS but also for IAS, but not for GS.
