Hi to all,
this time I have an "historical" type of question.
I came across this photo about "living Apollo astronauts" ... I checked in Wikipedia and there are still 13 living souls so I suppose this photo is showing only 8 of them...anyway I cannot recognize two of them...some of you know can recognize them?

Hi thanks to all for the fast reply.
to keep this post self-contained, about ex Apollo astronauts who flown on STS missions I think to have found:
Brand (STS 5, 41B, 35)
Lousma (STS 3)
Mettingly (STS 4, 51C)
... the rest of "Nasa group 5" astronauts still alive who flown on STS didn't fly any Apollo mission (I am not considering the backup crews).

ANYWAY, unbelievable how strong those man were/are to be still around and in relative good physical and mental shape being most of them over 85 years old...but while some of them are still quit well recognizable at their senior ages, I was/am not able to correctly recognize WHO are the astronauts to the right of Cunningham (or 4th astronaut from left to right) -> not 100% sure if he is Anders OR McDiwitt OR somebody else
and to the left of Schmit (or 5th astronaut from left to right) -> not 100% sure if Schweikart:

.... I was just wondering if some of you recognize correctly them... out of mere curiosity.
Thanks.
Paolo

I meant the pilots who trained during Apollo or the X-15 (like Joe Engle) but they first flew to space during the Shuttle Era. Are they included?

Don Lind never flew to space and was an astronaut in rank only.

He was supposed to be part of Skylab Rescue alongside Vance Brand, but since no rescue is necessary, Vance Brand flew to ASTP with no Don Lind. This is why I thought that Don Lind never flew to space.

If you’re looking for good stories about these guys, highly recommend “Falling to Earth” by Al Worden, “The All-American Boys” by Walt Cunningham, and “Carrying the Fire” by Mike Collins
