Well, how I understand the first problem is
1. that Tranquillity Base does not appear. The first see Orbiter.log after errors to understand what wrong and BE SURE THAT YOU READ THE READ ME FILE and comply with paragraph: 2. Open Moon.cfg file and add this:

BEGIN_SURFBASE
DIR Moon\Base\Tranquility Base A11
END_SURFBASE
In this point the scenery must work like it works fine on my.
2. Question about required addons. You need AMSO to run "LM on Tranquiliti Base" scnario and "Are you want to driving down)))(Find Cat Paw)" because it use LM vessel and moon rover vessels from it. And without AMSO this scenarios will not work. And NASP needed ONLY to see static Eagle Descent Stage on the ground.
