I saw it too. They were very high when the debris came off so maybe it was not affected too much by the air and accelerated by drag. It did look to come off fast though.

I had this happen as soon as I brought up the appr/dock mfd. I had opened it before on the same flight with no trouble but the second time seemed to cause the bug. I was using the appr/dock mfd on extmfd at the time. Maybe all this is a clue.

Thanks for your response. I have that file in the Orbiter folder and moving it out does not make a difference either. It appears that CameraMFD is incompatible with 64 bit Windows.
