I very much enjoyed part 5. I’m not very knowledgeable about the lore (more of a Battle Fleet Gothic player myself) but the sheer destructive force of the Marines is captured perfectly ?
The quality of the Mavic is really very good.
Extremely stable footage in an easy to use and compact airframe with decent range.
The only gripe I have is with the video quality at anything above 25fps.
HD and 4k footage can suffer from aliasing and moire at 60fps so I tend to keep the frame...
In a similar fashion to air weapons, I can see drones being licensed in the UK in the near future.
The reality is they are just as dangerous if not more so.
I'm lucky enough to own a DJI Mavic Pro which is a fantastic little platform.
I tinkered a bit in the past with an AR Drone and some aftermarket software but the Mavic is fast and simple to fly.
The last time I saw him post on this forum I believe he was getting stick for not releasing source code. I can't remember the exact add on in question however?
Moto GP is very exciting, the number of overtakes is hard to follow sometimes!
The riders themselves are like gladiators with frequent injuries during a championship.
Inevitably it can go really wrong like Marco Simoncelli :(
I know Rossi has had a quick play in a Ferrari but winning both F1 and Moto GP championships is really remarkable. Some people work hard to be fast and some are just born that way. RIP.
There are many examples of unrelated organisms evolving in the same manner on this planet.
Chlorophyll organisms are not among them.
As previously stated, the green stuff is all related which suggests to me its a little bit special and not something that would be common on other worlds.
I'm sure I read that all chlorophyll photosynthesis came from one single mutated organism on earth. The ability to light into energy in such a manner has occurred only once in the history of our planet.
It just makes me wonder what the chances are of such a thing happening in another system...
On the machines we design at work we usually use a terminal system.
DC Power supply (or mains AC) to a set of jumper-ed terminals to allows for easy expand ability or just adding additional hardware.
As stated previously the supply must be short protected as well as each device individually.

I must admit, even in its half built buggy state, Star Citizen seems to offer more.
I really couldn't get into Elite Dangerous, got boring very quickly for me.
