Firebird I is a near-future heavy launch vehicle. It is purely fictional, but it's goal is to be as realistic as possible. It is based on multistage2 module and works with Orbiter 2010 P1.
This package brings two basic versions of the rocket: a two-stage version to carry up to 50 tons of payload to low orbit and a three-stage version to carry up to 17 tons of payload to geosynchronous orbit. It generally belongs to the same category as SpaceX's proposed Falcon Heavy.
The rocket comes with it's own space center. An abandoned pacific island, 240 km northeast of Tahiti, French Polynesia turned into a modern space center with two launch pads, service buildings, a small harbour, an airport, and a tiny settlement for employees and tourists coming from nearby Tahiti to watch a big rocket liftoff.
Each launchpad has a controllable launch tower and a transport train.
