UPDATE: Apparently the original wave texture isn't tileable. So my new texture isn't either, but fortunately you can barely notice the seam.
UPDATE: Error in texture has now been fixed.
This adds a higher resolution specular ripple (waves) texture to Orbiter. It also has the original texture (waves0.dds) in there just in case.
This new texture contains the original waves texture enlarged and smoothed out AND a tiling of an edited version of the original texture on top of that. So you have large-scale and smaller-scale detain at the same time.
From space it looks slightly like "noise", but not in any annoying way. It's kind of like how surface tiles look from orbit.
