Orbiter Realtime Scenario Generator

This is my first addon for Orbiter.
Summery:

A batch file that uses freeware tools (included) to create a realtime
scenario.
Please read the docs or it wont work.
Vessels created by the batch file;
ISS
HST
TDRS Constellation
Landsat Constellation
GOES Constellation
Meteosat Constellation
Iridium Constellation
GPS Constellation
anything you put in MyVessels.txt (with your own ELEMENTS/RPOS RVEL entry)
