This MFD displays your vessel load. It allows you to see how many "G's" you're pulling, the sideways vibration, or general acceleration on your spacecraft.
You can get this information either in the MFD, or as a small annotation in the upper right corner of your display.
Now you can also set your system defaults in a configuration file, so that you don't anymore have to press the LOA button every simulation start.
