Did you? The instructions say to keep the camera below 40 km, on the 2nd image you're over 100 km, not sure what's happening on the first image though
You can't add them through the scenario editor, not easily anyway. You'll have to add them to the scenario file's ship section manually, like this for example:
BEGIN_SHIPS
XR5-01:XR5Vanguard
STATUS Landed Earth
POS -80.6831440 28.5978040
HEADING 330.01
RCSMODE 0
PRPLEVEL 0:1.000...
No, you'd need to place the vessel within 50 meters of the XR5, I think, so you can use the cargo attachment feature, but it should work fine after doing that
I believe you need to either use a scenario with the solar panels already there and attach them or manually add them to the scenario file before you load due to a Spacecraft 3 limitation
Vista Boost should help improve your FPS in the panel, assuming you don't already have it installed. you can get it here: http://www.dougsorbiterpage.com/index-3.html
My mistake on the space centre then. I still don't see why no one would've found this nose heavy glitch in the delta glider by now though? The source code for the DG is available in the SDK if you'd like to try and find it yourself though
Have you tried using a joystick? using one should help you have more control of the vehicle when flying, though the shuttle is pretty difficult for a beginner to land anyway. and the shuttle lands at Kennedy Space Centre, not Houston :P
There are plenty of free screen recording programs out there, just to name one: camstudio and as everyone else has said so far, There's nothing wrong with the simulator, I've been using it for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem with getting the Delta Glider into orbit after following...
You should just be able to use the numpad keys you'd usually use to use the RCS to walk around with an UMMU  I doubt it'll help but you could try pressing ctrl + / to disable the RCS thrusters to see if that solves your problem.
I doubt UCGO could handle the animations needed by this, like Urwumpe said, they'd need to be pretty complex for it to look like it's actually walking.
I believe the idea of ISA is to be more like OFSS where the pilots are given missions, they fly them, then they give the finished scenario back to Garyw or whoever is organising the flights and not to use OMP to fly the flights and the ISA website is here
