Established in December 2008, APEXSET was originally named Aerospace Payloads International Corporation (APIC), until the new name change on January 1, 2011, along with the companies primary objectives.​

APEXSET, an international engineering firm based in Australia, originally was a contractor for aerospace projects, until 2011, when APEXSET switched to innovation by funding aerospace research and development, including joint endeavours between agencies/businesses and pioneering new long-term aviation and space technologies centered around social aspects so that APEXSET can benefit from a public position in leading aerospace engineering.

However, APEXSET remains an on-need engineering contractor when demanded by a domestic/foreign business or government, known for its attention to quality control, technology and engineering advancement.
APEXSET's pride is pre-eminence in every choice area of aerospace engineering, for maximum leadership and experience: communications, planetary exploration, manned spaceflight, earth observations and onward, plus our legacy in taking part in multiple projects.​

APEXSET started out as a dream - now, it makes contact with others, to make them a reality.
