Is there a simple way to add real ground bases with a reasonable amount of graphical detail in Orbiter 2010? I'd particularly like to have Edwards Air Force Base. Please explain where to find things and how to install. I'm fairly new to Orbiter.

It can be a long story, and, in the same time not so difficult to make.
But: there is already an ( and maybe more ) Edwards-EAFB made by ? here and there and on Orbithangar i think.
Most generally,if you want to make a base, there is many docs on Orbithangar, and some others on the forum ( and do not forget .pdf files coming with Orbiter, also ) that will explain it extensively.
