Its dense cloud was oxygen
Nitrogen: 68% Oxygen: 21% Co2:0.0014% Argon : 0.00000012% (nearly earth's atmosphere)
good for hohmann skill testing (because raised orbit make it hard to reach) base will come later

It is a fictional second moon orbiting the Earth, and this one has breathable atmosphere too.

Does Orbiter model the effects of a 2nd moon on Earth's rotation and such? (Alas, it doesn't model tides!) Or does the Earth just pretend that the moon isn't there?

The Earth wouldn't know about it because it's motion is controlled via a DLL file that doesn't know about a second moon.

Depending on the second moons gravity it would have an effect on Earth orbiting spacecraft and cis-lunar craft.

Thanks for the info. That limits the range of "what-if" scenarios, I guess, unless there's a straightforward way to modify / configure the DLL parameters. Is such a design needed for runtime efficiency?
