About 10 years ago, it looks like a copy of the AOH Vol 2 for the CSM was scanned and made available here: http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=15413.0.

As far as I can tell all of the links are now broken, and I've had no luck searching online for the handbook.

Can anyone here help me obtain a copy of AOH Vol 2 for the CSM?

Many thanks.

I got the AOH Volume II from the website linked in that NASA Spaceflight forum post a while ago. The website hasn't been working in quite some time, until then I was always referring people to it. It would be annoying if the document was only available to a handful of people, so I gave the PDFs to Ron Burkey from the Virtual AGC project and he is hosting them now. Here they are:

https://www.ibiblio.org/apollo/Documents/AOH_A16_VOL2_Part_1.pdf
https://www.ibiblio.org/apollo/Documents/AOH_A16_VOL2_Part_2.pdf

If the spacecraft.it website ever comes online again, then it's probably fair to take it down from the Virtual AGC website, to adhere to the wishes of the person running that website.

To close this out. The AOH v2 was scanned due to the efforts of Fabrizo Bernadini (haven't heard from Fabrizo for a while, hope he is well). He provided the scanned images to me and I collated them into the two PDFs that were hosted on Spacecraft.it.
As this is a scan of a federally produced document (no copyright) and there isn't anything added to this that I feel that Fabrizo would feel he owned, added to the fact I collated the images into the PDFs...you'll hear no objection from me to spread this far and wide.

Fabrizo simply wanted the new effort of digitizing this complete version of the AOH (and the high res scans of the diagram) recognized.

EDIT: And if you ever need them and all other sources are lost I have them backed up in multiple clouds.
