I downloaded the 64 bit release build of OpenOrbiter and the release build of Skybolt graphics client from Github. But when I try to switch from D3D9, this is what I get

It should be noted that the skybolt client was very much a proof of concept, not a released version.

A very nice proof of potential opportunities of Orbiter, I think.

Since the D3D9Client merge in OpenOrbiter, there is a whole new bunch of stuff to implement as a graphics client, haven't looked at what is mandatory but it may be that Skybolt is missing something now

Hmmm, but it would be nice if volumetric clouds makes it into Orbiter. Skybolt still doesn't work. I guess I need an exact previous version of Orbiter or something
