General Question Direct3D HAL incompatibility

Hello people, i'm not new in this simulator but i'm new in this community.
I want to report something which seems to be an incompatibility between Direct3D HAL options and EVT, expecially when transparent MFDs are set on.
"T&L" or what it's not the point of the problem, like other game video options, anyway i see black rowstripe parting all over the bottom of the screen.
Stencil buffer was what made me suppose that Orbiter was not thought to run under both graphic directions so i tried to set on off etc but no way out.
I remember Orbitersim reported something about DX protocol but i suppose this is a different problem.
Sorry for my english i hope you got the point.
