C++ Question Error: all Animations fully deployed after scenario launch

Hi again guys..
We are trying the Antares 2.0 beta test and something strange happends. when someone launches the antares scenarios, the result is:

the strange thing is that it happends on some PCs and it doesn't happend on another ones.. it seem to be casual..
I suppose it could be a driver problem.. i don't know...
