Vessel Finishing what stevecast Started

"banked" 90 degrees to port, and there are some "holes" in the side panels. It also doesn't seem to be centered correctly, with the center of the mesh apparently being located in the middle of the bow section.
Orientation is not a problem- here's a new mesh, right way up (BTW you can do basic transformations without 3d software using shipedit- ships with Orbiter).

Looks a lot better now, although there's still the whole issue of the "holes" in the side panels. Perhaps you could ask gattispilot for help there? He knows a thing or two about that sort of thing, unlike me.

Do we have textures? Does look like at lot of reverse though. Lots of parts that could be combined

Thanks.
I redid the center to fix the gaps. Is this going to be animated? like the side torpedo? tube hatches? if not I can redo the tube hatches,.....
For me I had to split the mesh into 2 parts as I was getting out of memory error in meshwizard and a CTD. This is in Vesselbuilder. and just loaded the 2 meshes.
I need to redo the front as it looks like there is a open hangar section?

What else?

What should be animated. I may need to redo the mesh as I combined mesh groups

not sure what area you are referring to about
Lastly, the bottom part of the front section needs to be "open" as well, in a similar manner as the Nova-class dreadnought's relative, the Omega-class destroyer.

What I meant was that the vessel's front section was perfectly fine the way it originally was, as shown below. It didn't need to be "patched" the way the sides were.

Thanks. Now it is rotated and the center line along the Y axis is on the center aft part
Very good! Now, there's just one more thing that needs to get done - while the vessel's front section is otherwise fine, there's still a "hole" in the area dividing it from the rest of the spacecraft, as shown below.

Now that we've got all the bugs fixed with regards to the mesh, all that needs to be done is for Buck Rogers to resize it (as according to the official schematics, the Nova-class dreadnought is 1,500 meters long) and create a configuration file for the vessel, and then it will be ready for release. Linked below is a "rough draft" of the SC4 configuration files.

That can be easily done in meshwizard. looks like just rescale to .609

By the way, if you're reading this, Buck Rogers, perhaps you could also ask gattispilot for some help regarding the Babylon 4 mesh?

Correction - I just realized that, in addition to the resizing, there's one more set of "holes" that I missed, and those are the one highlighted below.

In addition, there's a rather unnecessary missile that appears on the starboard side.
