Introducing the Gettysburg Class Long Range Science Vessel.

the Design is Similar to the Intrepid Class and has Designs pulled out of the Nebula Class and together they formed the Gettysburg Class, the Class is also 30 meters smaller then the Intrepid class.

Hi there,


I have installed the last 4 Star trek ships into Orbiter 2016 / D3D9 and none of them load, but cause an Orbiter has stopped working message.

Most of my other 2016 ships work just fine. Even all of the Altea Aerospace's.

I have installed them both with Jones installer and manually to appropriate folders, but nothing works.

Any ideas?

I have not installed this vessels(I don't like Star Trek in general....sorry), but just one idea, wich might help:

Have you created the "symbolic-links" within the D3D9 -client settings ?
If not, SC3/4 vessels will CTD, caused by the missing sym-links.

The D3D9 client will create the neeed links, if you:
-start Orbiter_NG
-go to video-settings
-within video-settings----click on "advanced"
-within advanced, at the left-bottom there is a button called "create symbolic links".
-click it

Then try again, if it fails again, a log-file could be helpfull.

I thought I had created the symbolic links, but after I rechecked and did it, the Gettysburg loaded just fine.

Wonderful.

I will try the other ships I have been having problems with and let you all know.
