Tutorial GPIS link broken

At least as far as I can tell.
http://www.aovi93.dsl.pipex.com/pdfs/GoPlayInSpace2dEd_060504.zip appears to link to a mailbox no longer available, or somehow blocked.
I have it in both pdf and html format. If I can figure out how, I'd be glad to post it here (somewhere) if the mods allow it.

The contents of GPIS was put onto the orbiterwiki page - though that front page links to the same problematic download it looks like the actual substance of the book was preserved.

I think it's quite out of date now, though. A new revised Orbiter 2024 edition wouldn't hurt
