With the new feature of the beta orbiter version of the radiation pressure could be interesting have a navigation tool that could orient the solar sail spacecraft for long time periods in an specific angle with the sun.
and the same with ion engines.

Already exists:

Method 1: Just press KillRot and the rotation relative to the Sun will stop and the spacecraft will maintain that attitude relative to the Sun.

Method 2: use Attitude MFD and set a specific attitude.

What I think what he meant was one that could calculate the trajectory a solar sail would need to take to get from point A to point B, and then would either orient the spacecraft in question to fly that trajectory, or else output the orientation needed for use with Attitude MFD.

Also, just a general low-thrust trajectory calculator for use with ion drives and such would be good.
