LunarTransferMFD is a numerical lunar transfer trajectory calculator. It can be used to compute single impulse lunar transfer trajectories with better accuracy than typical patched conic applications such as IMFD. On my (oldish) page on Tuttovola.org, I once wrote that there are - or were - two versions:
1.4 for O2010
1.6 for O2016

The LTMFD works fine with XR2 and Orbiter 2024.
