Request Mars direct project?

Hello everyone,
some months ago I heard something about an mars direct project for orbiter.
Can I downloaded it somewhere?
Mayby a beta?
I saw these pictures in the web:

This was being done by Seth Eden and company. He has a forum here: http://www.setheden.com/SethEdenPer/Forums/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=2 however there hasn't been much activity in the forum for quite sometime.

I was fortunate to be a beta tester for this project and from what I saw it was almost complete, then poof! Everything stopped.

Yes...visit http://www.orbitermarsdirect.com/ and then ask to be a member of the Yahoo group. Once a member you can then go to the file section and download some "BETA" files.

mars direct addon

do any one could be accepted as a member and downloaded the adon, since i receive an e-mail about been rejected by the group owner..if any one could download it please up load it to the hangar so every one can enjoy it. Thanks.!

How long does it take that I receive an answer if I am a member?

As you were told in the beginning... this group is very INACTIVE. You may, or may not get an answer or approved. Sorry, it is just the way it is and ranting here isn't going to make it happen quicker.

we just need someone who is already a member that could get the beta upload to the hangar so we can download it. it seems as a good addon since is very close to the real mars direct mission as seen in this video

Well this project does not do that. Just taking a look at the pictures already posted and you'll see there is some difference between it and Mars Direct.

On a side note, I have been developing a SimNASA'ized (is that a word) version of this. Once completed, I'd be happy to release it to anyone who wants it.

It will use a tether approach for gravity while in flight. Currently launch platforms are being worked on (May), ERV is basically done, and then work on Lander (Hab), rover, as still in the planning stages.

I'll find this thread when there are pic's to post or you can just lurk on the SimNASA forum and you'll see them there when they become available.
