I can confirm thee calculation is indeed hung. Which NASSP version are you on and which scenario file did you start from? There have been a bunch of MCC changes lately.

The bug is fixed, there should be an updated build on Github in a few minutes. I recently finished an updated version of the RTCC processor that calculates maneuvers such as LOI-2 and DOI and the calculation that got stuck was for the landing site REFSMMAT which needs a landing time which in turn comes from the DOI calculation.

Unrelated, in your scenario the CSM orbit is somewhat elliptical, more than usual after LOI-2. Was it like that already after LOI-2? Or are you using Open Orbiter, because that could be another explanation. I hope it's not an issue with the LOI-2 targeting.
