I apologize: I just read to day your message. But I'm not shure to understand well your question .... you suggest me to do payloads for STS39?
if that's it ... I'm on Kourou-base (currently ELS) and it takes all my free time. And then, after, i have to make ELA3 ...
So for now I limit myself to that.
