Is there any addon (MFD?) that shows me MET? I mean time from launch.

AFAIK, all XR-class vessels and the DGIV have a MET integrated. AMSO have one also, but I don't know about MFDs.
Or you could use Orbiter's SIM timer.

Ok, thanks. But can I reset orbiter sim timer during simulation?

so you need an mfd with a timer that can be reseted.... ok easy to do, then will be done.

In the next update of my Tools MFD.

If you're flying an XR-class vessel and need a timer you can reset at any time, you can use the built-in interval timers: each vessel contains two independent interval timers that may be started/stopped/reset by the pilot at any time. The MET timer is separate and starts automatically at wheels-up and runs until the pilot resets it, which can only occur while landed. (Details on page 40 of the XR Flight Manual.)
