Hello All,

I'm just starting to dip my toes into developing (I'm a complete newbie to orbiter style programming, and programming in general) so this will most likely be the first in a line of questions that may surely drive you crazy.

To the point, Iv'e been following Pablo Luna's base creation tutorial1. Iv'e arrived at the point where it says to run DXTEX.exe located in the utils of SDK. However, All I see "meshc" and "shipedit". I realize this tutorial was written for 2006, so are one of these a replacement for dxtex? Is there any other SDK that i should download from Orbiter website besides that which came with the regular install?

All help is and will be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely, OrtSurfer

The DxTex.exe is located in the $Orbiterroot\Utils directory.
