Hello guys. I think I am going to yet again attempt to create a generic damage add-on for Orbiter. The current one supports:

MaxAccel
MinAccel
MaxDynPressure
MaxFlux
MaxG
MinG
MaxGroundVel
MinLandingVerticalVel
DamageDelay

The above limitations for each vessel. You can configure damage profiles for individual vessels with a cfg file, or if you have generic damage enabled, it'll assign a model ( customizable by the user ) to every vessel without a specifically defined model. I am open to new ideas :D

I had a Thought the other day about this -- would it be possible to use actual mesh groups from the vessel's mesh as some of the destroyed bits, in addition to the random "chunks"? Or would that be infeasible?
