Problem Orbiter lags, but only in cockpit views

I recently got back into orbiter, and i had everything working fine but for some reason now the image lags and looks choppy but only in cockpit views(VC,2D,Glass cockpit). What really confuses me is that external views are super good quality and smooth...Any help would be greatly appreciated :tiphat:

Is this true all the time in external views, or only when MFDs are up? If only when MFDs are on, is it a certain MFD, or all of them?

MAP MFD is known for not being easy on fps.
Is it Orbiter2010 or OrbiterBeta?
Are you running it plain, or with a graphics client?

The most likely candidate is an MFD or virtual cockpit element.

Have you tested it with different vessels? which ones? Does turning off your MFDs effect it?
