General Question Payload Attachments

Ok Folks. Another possible newbie question. I am doing the STS-61 scenario (HST EX...Brilliant Add-on). My question is how do you identify the which Payload attachment connects where? For example, I have captured HST and and am trying to Berth it in the PLB. however, when I click on the "show grapple points" check box in the RMS controls window, the whole Payload Bay lights up like a Christmas tree. I have seen some photos of HST berthed in the Payload bay, so I have a general idea as to where it will connect. But which arrow connects where? Is there a general rule to this?

The HST was berthed to the FSS.
