Software problem opening launch pad?

hi i have windows 7 and i usualy play orbiter all the time but this just started one minuet ago, i click the shortcut to orbiter, it opens in the taskbar but doesnt show on the desktop, i click it in the taskbar, it still doesnt show,

this just started not a minuet ago.

i read the thread ad i honestly have no klue what they mean when you supposed to edit some file

in "Orbiter.cfg" there should be a line that looks like this:

LPadRect = 0 0 550 509

try changing yours to look something more like mine, or you could try renaming your Orbiter.cfg to something else, Orbiter should recreate a new one without the problem
