I find it amazing that we've been able to essentially stand around for half a century with loaded guns pointed at each other's heads and nobody has fired or lowered their weapon yet.

What's more amazing is that we managed to do a lot of other stuff while doing the gun pointing. Have you seen the scene from John Woo's "The Killer" where Chow-Yun Fat and Danny Lee have tea in the blind singer's flat while pointing guns at each other? That's what we've been doing.

Of course, Chow-Yun Fat makes it look cool. OK, Chow-Yun Fat would make nose-picking look cool.
