I am having a weird issue. When i transferred from the Moon to Earth, I set my Inc for the earth encounter to the same as the ISS, along with the PeA to the Altitude of the ISS. I am having a small issue with the Inc when i pull up Align Planes MFD. It stated my Inc was 270 Relative to the ISS, when on the Map it looked like was on the right Inc and in the prograde direction. I think this is a little weird at first. Is there any underlying issue?

I notice you don't mention [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longitude_of_the_ascending_node"]LAN[/ame]. Orbit plane is defined by both what angle you cross the ecliptic and where:.

As jthill mentioned, LAN is important. To match orbital planes, you need to match BOTH inclination and LAN. Matching the Lan is tricky, and is accomplished though the timing of the transfer. If you have Non-spherical Granvity sources enabled, it's trickier because of the difference in precession rates.
