Problem Shuttle Arm Deployment Issue

I am using Orbiter 2010 P1 with the International Space Station Version 3.2. I am flying the sts-88 scenario and when I get to Zarya, I try to grab it with the arm, but when I press ctrl-x like the manual says to, it just increases the fov and the arm will not deploy.

If you are using 4.7, the arm deploy is now SHIFT+X. The manual is updated in the System Control Keys section on page 20 but not on the RMS pages 15-18. You can also use the ARM STATUS button on the RMS dialog (which is opened by pressing CTRL+SPACE).
