Soyuz TMA-11 Landing

Soyuz TMA-11 will be landing sometime in the next few hours. Hatch closure is scheduled to occur in about 25 minutes. Soyuz TMA-11 will be returning the last Expedition 16 members. They are Russian Cosmonaut Yuri Malenchenko and United States Astronaut Peggy Whitson. Soyuz TMA-11 will also be returning South Korean Spaceflight Participant So-yeon Yi. The mission marks the record for total amount of time spent in space by a United States astronaut and is one of the few (the first?) times women outnumber men on a spacecraft.

Un-docking is scheduled for 5:02 GMT.
De-orbit burn scheduled for 7:40 GMT.
Landing is scheduled for 8:30 GMT.

Still no AOS with the capsule. A comm string switch have been made with no success. No comm or sighting of the capsulre by the recovery forces.

Recovery forces have located the capsule west of it's landing target. The capsule went into a ballistic entry, much like Expedition 6, and landed short of their landing target. The emergency beacon on the Soyuz has been activated and helicopters are en route to the spacecraft.

I think you will tell it drama, when the deceleration during landing is suddenly 10G instead of 4G and you landed somewhere in the wilderness without the rescue groups close.
